--Conducting searches for and surveillance on domestic and international patent documents;

--Dealing with domestic and foreign patent applications;

--Providing patentability analyses;

--Providing legal opinions regarding infringements of patent rights;

--Acting as an agent assists domestic clients or clients abroad in drafting and filing new applications for patent in Sino-PCT international stage, handling issues concerning formal and substantive examination;

--Acting as an agent to pay patent annual fees after being authorized;

--Acting as an agent for out-going of domestic patent applications to foreign countries and in Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan areas;

--Acting as an agent in reexamination procedure of rejected patent application and in patent invalidation procedure;

--Commencing appeal procedures to the courts against orders regarding patent reexamination and invalidation procedures;

--Providing legal services in respect of solutions for patent disputes and infringements, including consultation, evidence collection, requesting for administrative decision, litigation, etc.;

--Carrying out negotiations, drafting requisite agreements and conducting investigations regarding transfer of technology and patent licensing, etc.; 
--Acting as an agent in respect of customs record of patent right and implementation of protections.
