Partner, General Manager, Patent Attorney

Mr. Jin graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology with a master's degree in control theory and control engineering. He has been working as a patent attorney for about 14 years. And before he became a patent attoney, he used to be an engineer in a technology company.  In 2004-2017, Mr. Jin was manager of the mechanical and electrical department in another IP law firm. In 2018, he became a partner and general manager of Beijing Sino-Creativity.

Mr. Jin focuses on patent prosecution, counseling and litigation. He has provided professional services to many enterprises such as ShenHua Group, SAIC General Motors, and ABB.

Mr. Jin’s working languages are Chinese and English.
