Partner, Vice General Manager,Patent Attorney

Mr. David Yin is a partner and vice general manager of Beijing Sino-Creativity. Prior to this, he worked as a patent attorney and partner in another IP law firm for more than ten years. He obtained a master degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Beijing Normal University in 2006. He was admitted as a Chinese patent attorney in 2009.

Mr. David Yin specializes in patent protection. His patent expertise covers biology and chemistry areas, including biochemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, and pharmaceutics, as well as polymer chemistry etc. He provides legal services in patent application/inquiry/search, patent re-examination and invalidation, patent infringement analyses, patent administrative and legal proceedings, licensing and assignments of patents and know-how, and other matters related to intellectual property rights. He often attends patent invalidation procedures and legal proceedings on behalf of enterprises at home and abroad.
