Patent Attorney

Ms. Ariel Chen is a partner of Beijing Sino-Creativity. Prior to this, she worked as a patent attorney and partner in another IP law firm for ten years.

Ms. Ariel Chen graduated from Peking University and got her Master Degree of Genetics from Chinese Academy of Sciences. She was admitted as a Chinese patent attorney in 2011.Ms. Chen specializes in patent matters relative to biology, including biochemistry, microbiology, molecular biology, Bioinformatics, Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Chemical industry and other relative fields. She provides legal services with plenty of clients at home and abroad, such as patent application/inquiry/ search in China and other countries or areas, patent re-examination and invalidation, patent infringement analyses, investigation of freedom to operation and other matters related to intellectual property rights. 

Ms. Chen is proficient in English and Chinese.
