Ms. Liu is a partner of Beijing Sino-Creativity. Prior to this, she worked as a patent attorney and partner in another IP law firm for ten years. Ms. Liu graduated from Communication University of China with a master's degree in 2006 to dedicate to the intellectual property legal services. Ms. Liu has been admitted as a Chinese patent attorney. She was expert in providing domestic and foreign patent legal services of mechanical, telecommunication, computer and electronic fields, which involves patent application/inquiry/search, patent re-examination and invalidation, patent infringement analyses, litigation etc. Ms. Liu has accumulated a lot of practical experience during her professional career. She has handled administrative litigations and invalidations on behalf of famous foreign and domestic companies, which provides professional help for solving the client’s patent disputes. She has dealt with many FTO searches on behalf of famous foreign and domestic companies, which plays an important role for accurately evaluating the client’s products. Ms. Liu has also handled the overseas patent affairs on behalf of a domestic well-known internet company.
