Prior to joining Beijing Sino-Creativity, Mr. Kat zhang has worked  as a patent attorney in another IP law firm for many years.

Mr. Kat zhang was admitted to mechanical school of Harbin University of Science and Technology, majored in industrial design and specialized in industrial product design, particularly designs for internal structure and external appearance of products such as automobiles, household electrical appliances, etc. After he graduated and gained a bachelor degree of engineering in June 2006, he was admitted to law school of NanJing University in the same year, majored in intellectual property right and specialized in patent law, and he graduated with a Juris Master degree in law in 2009.Mr. Kat zhang obtained the Legal professional qualification in 2007 and the patent attorney qualification in 2008, and he engaged in the patent work since May 2009. 

Mr. Kat zhang specializes in patent agency and legal service. He has extensive experience in a mechanical of areas, including Automobile, Coal mine machinery , Construction machinery, Household appliance, Bathroom product, Power equipment, etc.He provides legal services in patent application, inquiry, search, patent re-examination and invalidation, patent infringement analyses, patent administrative and legal proceedings, investigation of patent infringements by administrative authorities, and other matters related to intellectual property rights. His clients include: Shanghai GM, Dongfeng Nissan，Autoliv, Kohler, ABB, Shenhua group, etc.
