Patent Attorney

Mr. Benjamin Jia joined Beijing Sino-Creativity in 2019. He had worked for several IP Law firms prior to joining the Sino-Creativity, and he has rich experience in the IP industry. Mr. Jia graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and obtained a PhD degree. Mr. Jia passed the Chinese patent attorney bar exam in 2012. Mr. Jia has extensive experience in a variety of technical fields, including semiconductor, optics, optoelectronics, telecommunications, etc. He is good at handling patent prosecution relating to electronics and telecommunications. Mr. Jia has provided service for foreign clients on patent applications, reexaminations, as well as patent searching and FTO analysis for domestic and foreign clients, etc.

Mr. Jia is proficient in English and Chinese.
