Patent Attorney

Mr. Wang received a master's degree in engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, and major in polymer composites. He was admitted as a Chinese patent attorney in 2018. Prior to joining Beijing Sino-Creativity, Mr. Wang has worked in another IP law firm for 3 years.

Mr. Wang has experience in a variety of areas, including polymers, material chemistry, composite material, pharmaceuticals, etc. His business areas mainly involves in: writing patent application for invention in Chinese/English for domestic/foreign clients, responding to the Official Examination Notifications during the Chinese patent examination procedures, and handling the patent application affairs in international phase and foreign phase, including writing PCT international patent application, responding to the Official Examination Notifications during the patent examination procedures in foreign countries. Mr. Wang also has experiences in declaring invalidation of patent rights and patent infringement analyses.

Mr. Wang is proficient in English and Chinese.
