Ms. Liao graduated from South China University of Technology and obtained Master Degree of sugar chemical engineering in 2011.
She has been handle patent commissioning services for six years.

Ms. Liao joined the company in 2018 and provides legal services in patent application, patent re-examination, patent infringement analyses, patent stability analysis, inquiry and other matters related to intellectual property rights.Ms. Liao specializes in patent matters relative to Medicine (including  traditional Chinese Medicine and chemical medicine), synthetic material, chemical engineering process, semiconductors, biomaterials, cosmetic, food, energy, medical equipment, chemical machinery and other relative fields.
