Mr. Wang holds a master degree of pharmacognosy in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and LLM in Renmin University of China. He began his career of intellectual property in 2008 and joined in Sino-creativity IP in 2018.

Mr. Wang is committed to providing domestic and foreign enterprises with patent invalidation requests, administrative litigation for patent authorization and determination, FTO and stability analysis, patent search, patent application strategy analysis and drafting, patent examination and reexamination, third-party opinions, overseas patents layout and related due diligence and other services. In the course of more than ten years of practice, Mr. Wang has focused on the pharmaceutical field, and provided professional services and won benefits for many domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical innovation entities. In recent years, Mr. Wang has handled a variety of patent invalidation and administrative litigation cases for a number of best-selling drugs. Among them, the patent invalidation case of “Butylphthalide” was elected as one of the top ten patent reexamination invalidation cases of the CNIPA in 2020. In addition, he has completed a number of due diligence projects such as FTO involving small molecule drugs.
