Prior to joining Beijing Sino-Creativity,Ms. Bella Huang was a patent attorney at other two IP law Firms. She obtained her bachelor's degree in mechanical manufacturing and automation from WuHan University, and a master degree in industry design from WuHan University. Ms. Bella Huang began to work in the patent agent in 2007, and she was admitted as a Chinese patent attorney in 2011. She has extensive experience in a mechanical of areas, including automobile structure, automobile security devices, automobile manufacturing process, engine, control system, security system, miner machinery, sanitary ware, solar device, lamps, household appliances, articles for daily use and so on. She provides legal services in patent application, inquiry, search, patent re-examination and invalidation, patent infringement analysis, patent administrative and legal proceedings, investigation of patent infringement by administrative authorities, and other matters related to intellectual property rights.
