Patent Attorney

Ms. Lucia studied biotechnology at University of Science & Technology Beijing (USTB), where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in 2009. She studied microbiology with a focus on natural medicine, biochemistry and genetics at Nankai University (NKU),obtaining her Master's degree in 2012 and research assistant at Tsinghua University. Ms. Lucia engaged in the patent work since 2013,Prior to joining Beijing Sino-Creativity, Ms. Lucia has worked as a patent attorney in another IP law firm for many years.

At our firm Lucia handles a lot of patent cases in the biological and chemical field, especially biomedicine, natural medicine, polymer chemistry, etc. She especially enjoys the discussions with the inventors when drafting patent applications.
